IO Waiver Seeking Group Home Placement
- The Wood County Board of DD maintains waiting list for individuals requesting an IO Waiver. The waiting list includes a regular waiting list, emergency waiting list (meeting specified criteria) and a priority waiting list (meeting specified criteria).
- As openings occur in Wood Lane Residential Services, Inc Group homes we will take referrals from the WCBMRDD.
- Individuals with current IO Waivers will be referred and tours and visits will occur in appropriate settings.
- Currently WLRS does not have waiting list for individual group homes.
