The home was opened 9/26/99 and named in honor of Dr Theodore Sipes on 9/30/01. Ted Sipes is a valuable partner to WLRS, inc. He has served on different Boards, he is a strong advocate throughout the state and most importantly, he is the father of one of our residents. His dedication and commitment to the field as well as his insight have made him an important asset.
The Sipes home is a busy place. Home to four men with full lives. They also share their home during the day with other residents who are out of work, in between work or waiting for a new job.
