Activities Assistant
Assists the Recreation Therapist in planning recreation activities
Assistant Home Supervisor
Assists the Home Supervisor in supervising direct care staff, maintaining the home, ensuring Health and Safety and providing input at IP meetings
Behavior Specialist
Assists in training staff on Behavior Shaping principals, writes Behavior Support Plans, consults with teams
Case Manager (RA)
Same duties as Residential Assistant with added duties that include IP meetings, finances
COTA
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Fiscal Technician
Office personnel assisting in fiscal department
Food Service Specialist
Works in conjunction with dietician to plan menus to specific dietary needs
Home Supervisor
Supervises staff, ensures Resident Health and Safety and ensures homes maintenance needs are met. On Call Responsibilities
LPN
Licensed Practical Nurse, Assumes a caseload to oversee medical care. On Call Responsibilities
MAC
Medical Appointment Coordinator coordinates appointments for a caseload and transports and reports result
Nursing Supervisor
RN in charge of supervising the Health Services Department including the RN, LPN, MAC, COTA and Food Service. On Call Responsibilities
Program Supervisor
Supervises the QMRP department and is in charge of admissions
QA/ MUI Specialist
Conducts MUI investigations, conducts Quality Assurance surveys and attends all surveys
QMRP
Qualified Mental Retardation Professional acts as the team leader and author of the IP in the ICF/MR homes or as a team member and liaison in the non-ICF homes
Recreation Therapist
Researches, organizes and assists in recreation activities for Residents
Residential Assistant
RA provides direct care to the residents and assists with personal needs, home care, medical care and socialization
Respite Coordinator
Supervises staff, arranges the respite and after school schedule and maintains the home
RN
Registered Nurse Provides training on delegated nursing, assesses residents and ensures their medical needs are met. On Call Responsibilities
Support Technician
Provides office support in the Health Services Department
Third Shift On Call
TSOC floats to homes with awake 3rd shift assisting as needed. Is available on call 3rd shift for needs in all homes
