Wood Lane Residential received a HUD grant for the construction of a 14-unit apartment complex on Fairview Ave. These apartments were named the Nancy Ullum Garden Apartments in honor of Nancy Ullum, who served Wood Lane Residential Services for 29 years. Nancy held many roles, the last being the Associate Director. Everyone who knew Nancy remembers how dedicated, energetic and positive she was and a cornerstone in the development of Wood Lane Residential Services, Inc.

Eligibility Requirements

• Individuals must be eligible for services through the Wood County Board of DD
• Individuals must meet HUD income requirements
• Individual must contact their Service Coordinator to be placed on the waiting list

The Nancy Ullum Garden Apartments has a caretaker living on site. The Caretaker is in charge of light and general maintenance of the facility. Each individual living in the apartments will receive needed services from their current service provider.
